16.1. Strategic Alliances Agreement

16.1.1. Collaboration

We collaborate with you:

• We maintain this platform and the common functionalities of all information systems.

• You are responsible for developing and maintaining your information systems, and providing documentation and consultations for your information systems to your customers. You set prices for your services and products.

16.1.2. Profit Sharing

You share your success with us:

• When customers subscribe your cloud information systems, the amount, regardless of currencies, they pay for the services is split into the following parts

  • 70% belongs to you

  • 30% belongs to us

• When customers buy your information systems as on-premises products, the amount, regardless of currencies, they pay for the products is split into the following parts

  • 50% belongs to you

  • 50% belongs to us

The above ratios are subject to changes.

In addition, we strongly encourage you to provide on-site services to your customers and enjoy all profits generated from your high-quality services.

16.1.3. Responsibilities And Liabilities

• We are responsible for the followings:

  • the qualities of PostERP framework including both cloud version and on-premises version

  • the security of PostERP and the security of customers' databases under our control

  • our credit incurred from the services and products we offer on this platform

  • legal liability

    Legal liability includes, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreement which, although might not been written, aims to protect the privacy or confidentiality of your and our customers' properties managed by us.

• Because you possess all access privileges of all your cloud customers' databases, you are responsible for the followings:

  • the qualities of all your cloud customers' databases

  • the quality of your databases until the moment when your customers purchase them as on-premises products

  • your credit incurred from the services and products you offer on this platform

  • legal liability

    Legal liability includes, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreement which, although might not been written, aims to protect the privacy or confidentiality of your customers' properties which are managed by you and your databases.
